摘 要:随着机器人流程自动化(RPA)技术在财会领域的广泛应用,高职院校财会类专业亟需构建适应新时代需求的课程体系。本研究旨在通过分析当前财会行业对RPA技能的需求,结合高职教育的特点,提出一套完整的、具有前瞻性的RPA财务机器人课程体系。该体系强调理论与实践相结合的教学模式,注重培养学生的编程能力、数据分析能力和职业素养,并通过校企合作和教师培训确保教学质量。最终目标是为社会输送既懂会计又熟悉RPA应用的复合型人才,满足市场对于高效、智能财务管理解决方案日益增长的需求。With the widespread application of Robotic Process Automation(RPA)technology in the field of finance and accounting,voca⁃tional colleges urgently need to build a curriculum system for finance and accounting majors that meets the needs of the new era.This study aims to analyze the current demand for RPA skills in the finance and accounting industry,and propose a complete and forward-looking RPA financial robot curriculum system based on the characteristics of higher vocational education.This system emphasizes a teaching model that combines theory with practice,focuses on cultivating students'programming ability,data analysis ability,and professional ethics,and ensures teaching quality through school enterprise cooperation and teacher training.The ultimate goal is to provide society with compos⁃ite talents who understand both accounting and RPA applications,meeting the growing demand for efficient and intelligent financial manage⁃ment solutions in the market.
