心理资本在高职护生领悟社会支持与学业拖延间的中介作用

摘  要:目的探讨高职护生领悟社会支持、心理资本和学业拖延的现状,并分析心理资本在二者间的中介作用。方法采用一般资料问卷、领悟社会支持量表、积极心理资本问卷和大学生学业拖延问卷对543名高职护生进行问卷调查。结果高职护生领悟社会支持、心理资本和学业拖延得分分别为(56.96±13.69)分、(108.05±19.46)分和(55.33±12.23)分;高职护生领悟社会支持与心理资本呈正相关(r=0.677,P<0.01),领悟社会支持和心理资本分别与学业拖延呈负相关(r_(1)=-0.435,r_(2)=-0.493;P<0.01);心理资本在其领悟社会支持与学业拖延间发挥部分中介作用,占总效应的57.78%。结论高职护生领悟社会支持、心理资本和学业拖延均处于中等水平。领悟社会支持可缓解高职护生学业拖延,心理资本作为中介变量可提高领悟社会支持对学业拖延的缓解作用,提示护理教育者应从多方面入手,提升高职护生时间管理能力,缓解学业拖延问题。Objective To explore the current situation of perceived social support,psychological capital,and academic procrastination among higher vocational nursing students,and analyze the mediating effect of psychological capital between the two.Methods A total of 543 higher vocational nursing students were investigated by general information questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale,Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire,and Academic Procrastination Inventory for College Students.Results The scores of perceived social support,psychological capital,and academic procrastination among higher vocational nursing students were(56.96±13.69),(108.05±19.46),and(55.33±12.23),respectively.Higher vocational nursing students'perceived social support was positively correlated with psychological capital(r=0.677,P<0.01),and the perceived social support and psychological capital were negatively correlated with academic procrastination(r_(1)=-0.435,r_(2)=-0.493,P<0.01),respectively.Psychological capital played a partial mediating effect between perceived social support and academic procrastination,accounting for 57.78%of the total effect.Conclusion Perceived social support,psychological capital,and academic procrastination among higher vocational nursing students are all at a moderate level.Perceived social support can alleviate academic procrastination among higher vocational nursing students,and psychological capital as a mediating variable can enhance the alleviating effect of perceived social support on academic procrastination.The study suggests that nursing educators should start from multiple aspects to improve the time management ability of higher vocational nursing students and alleviate academic procrastination problems.
