摘　　要：数智技术的广泛应用显著改变了传统医学教育模式,医学教师数智素养成为医学教育发展的重要环节。以医学教师在培育数智素养过程中面临着主体、客体、主客体关系以及时空四个维度的困境为切入点,基于斯蒂格勒技术思想提出涉及政策支持、教育改革、资源协调、技术文化推广和伦理法律保障等多方面的培育路径,旨在为医学教师适应数智教学模式提供理论支持与实践参考。以期推动整个医学教育体系现代化和社会技术文化水平的提升,助力实现医学教育的创新和发展。Medical education has undergone significant changes thanks to the widespread of digital and intelligent technology,making the digital and intelligent literacy of medical teachers a crucial aspect of medical education development.This paper begins by examining the challenges faced by medical teachers across four dimensions:subject,object,the subject-object relationship,and spatiotemporal contexts.Based on Stigler's technical philosophy,the cultivation path involving policy support,education reform,resource coordination,promotion of technological culture,and ethical-legal safeguards is proposed.The goal is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for medical teachers to acclimate digital and intelligent teaching models,thereby advancing the modernization of the entire medical education system,enhancing social and technical culture,and fostering innovation and development in medical education.
