摘　　要：“香气分析”是香料香精技术与工程专业的核心课程,课程中蕴含着丰富的思政元素。基于“香气分析”专业课程特色,结合思政教育要求,明确课程思政目标,深度挖掘教学环节中的思政元素,将课程思政元素有机融入教学过程中。分析常规教学中存在的不足,优化教学设计及方法,引入多元化考核评价体系,提升学生综合能力及教学质量,为培育德才兼备现代化建设人才提供新思路。Aroma Analysis is the core course of perfume and aroma technology and engineering major,which contains rich ideological and political elements.Based on the characteristics of the Aroma Analysis professional course,combined with the requirements of ideological and political education,clarified the ideological and political goals of the course,deeply explored the ideological and political elements in the teaching process,and organically integrated the ideological and political elements of the course into the teaching process.Analyze the shortcomings in conventional teaching,optimize teaching design and methods,introduce diversified assessment and evaluation systems,enhance students’comprehensive abilities and teaching quality,and provide new ideas for cultivating modern construction talents with both morality and talent.
