摘　　要：互联网技术的迅速进步,已经推动了高校教育教学方式的深刻转变。在线教学作为这一变革的核心组成部分,其教学互动有效性对于提高教学质量和学生学习成效十分重要。基于高校师生调查数据,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法探讨了互联网环境下高校教学互动高水平的前因条件及其多重并发因果关系。研究发现,互动强度、互动频度、关联性、积极性等因素对教学互动有效性产生显著影响,但都是充分不必要条件,它们之间存在多重并发因果关系。从不同条件的组态效应来看,教学互动高水平的实现路径包括多元参与型互动与协同参与型互动两条路径,且它们之间具有一定的等效性。基于这些发现,提出了增强在线教学平台互动功能、促进师生之间的积极互动、增强在线教学内容的吸引力和互动性等建议,有助于提升互联网环境下高校教学互动的有效性。The rapid progress of internet technology has promoted a profound change in the teaching methods of colleges and universities.As a core component of this change,the effectiveness of on-line teaching interaction is very important to improve teaching quality and student learning out-comes.Based on the survey data of teachers and students in colleges and universities,this paper dis-cusses the antecedent conditions and multiple concurrent causality of the high level of teaching inter-action in colleges and universities under the internet environment by using the method of qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets.The study found that the interaction intensity,interaction fre-quency,relevance,enthusiasm and other factors have a significant impact on the effectiveness of teaching interaction,but they are all sufficient and unnecessary conditions,and there are multiple concurrent causal relationships between them.From the perspective of the configuration effect of different conditions,the realization path of high level teaching interaction includes two paths:multi-participation interaction and collaborative participation interaction,and they have some equivalence.Based on these findings,this study puts forward suggestions such as enhancing the interactive func-tion of online teaching platform,promoting the positive interaction between teachers and students,and enhancing the attractiveness and interactivity of online teaching content,which will help im-prove the effectiveness of university teaching interaction in the internet environment.
