基于VOSviewer可视化分析医学文献检索教学的研究热点与前沿

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学分析医学文献检索相关研究的发展现状和热点前沿。方法以中国知网为数据源检索获得医学文献检索教学的相关文献,并借助VOSviewer1.6.19和R-bibliometrix软件对纳入研究的发表时间、机构及作者分布、热点内容与前沿趋势进行剖析。结果共纳入437篇文献进行可视化分析,结果显示医学文献检索在1983-2023年发文量呈波动增长趋势。共包括211所机构的648位作者,其中发文量位居首位的作者和机构分别为刘军凤和首都医科大学。对作者和机构进行合作分析发现,所有作者和机构的合作都来自同一机构或同一地区。文献刊载在144本期刊上,刊载量最多的是《医学信息学杂志》。另外,共现频次≥4的66个关键词形成了8个聚类,主要聚焦于不同教学模式改革、图书馆机检教学、嵌入式信息素养教学、素质教育、混合式教学、课程思政教学、网络课程以及PBL教学模式8个主题。结论医学文献检索教学文献总体数量偏少。VOSviewer1.6.19和R-bibliometrix软件能对医学文献检索教学的研究现状进行系统、直观的分析。今后也应加强作者、机构和地区间的深度交流,并紧跟当前医学文献检索教学的研究热点,提高学术影响力。Objective To analyze the development status and hotspots of medical literature retrieval related research through bibliometrics.Methods Relevant literature on medical literature retrieval teaching was retrieved from CNKI,and to the publication time,distribution of institutions and authors,hot topics and frontier trends of the included studies were analyze by using VOSviewer 1.6.19.and R-bibliometrix software.Results A total of 437 literatures were included for visual analysis,the results showed that the number of medical literature retrievals showed a fluctuating growth trend from 1983 to 2023.A total of 648 authors from 211 institutions were included,among which the authors and institutions with the highest number of publications were LIU Junfeng and Capital Medical University,respectively.A collaborative analysis of authors and institutions found that all authors and institutions work together from the same institution or the same region.Those literatures were published in 144 journals,and the most published was Journal of Medical Intelligence.In addition,66 keywords with a co-occurrence frequency of≥4 formed 8 clusters,mainly focusing on 8 themes of different teaching mode reform,library computer inspection teaching,embedded information literacy teaching,quality education,mixed teaching,curriculum ideological and political teaching,online courses and PBL teaching mode.Conclusion The total number of medical literature retrieval teaching literature is relatively small.VOSviewer 1.6.19.and R-bibliometrix software can systematically and intuitively analyze the research status of medical literature retrieval teaching.In the future,we should also strengthen the in-depth exchanges among authors,institutions and regions,and keep up with the current research hotspots of medical literature retrieval teaching to improve academic influence.
