摘  要:了解“新课标”颁布后初中物理教师的课程实施水平、类型、特征与影响,对于调控教师课程实施有效性,推动“新课标”落地具有重要意义。研究采用混合研究中的解释性序列设计,对课改实验区初中物理教师课程实施实然样态与影响因素进行调查,发现:(1)教师整体课程实施水平较高,个人教学“观念-能力”是影响教师实施的关键因素;(2)教师群体可以划分为“低-实施低效型、中-顺势扮演型、高-实施高效型、高-迎难而上型”四类实施类型,不同类型教师的课程实施各维度呈现多重异质性,在性别与教龄之间的分布呈现峰谷交叠态势,在灵活选用多种教学方式方面呈现显著差异;(3)不同类型教师课程实施主观影响因素各具特点,分别呈现“注重学校课改环境、强调课程资源支持、提升实施自我效能、多元主体协同合作”四大特征。为推进“新课标”的有效落地,建议根据初中物理教师课程实施类型进行分类施策。The study investigated the current status of curriculum implementation among junior high school physics teachers in a curriculum reform experimental area.Using the explanatory sequential design of mixed re-search,the study was conducted to expand the interpretation of teachers′implementation patterns and influencing factors,and the findings are that:(1)the overall level of teachers′implementation of the curriculum is high,and individual teaching"conception-competence"is the key factor influencing teachers′implementation;(2)teacher groups can be categorized into four types of implementation,namely,"low implementation inefficiency type<middle implementation efficiency type<high implementation efficiency type=high implementation difficulty type",and different types of teachers show multiple heterogeneity in the dimensions of curriculum implementation,with peaks and valleys overlapping in the distribution between genders and years of teaching experience,and significant differences in the flexibility of choosing a variety of teaching methods;(3)the subjective influencing factors of dif-ferent types of teachers′implementation are distinctive,presenting the four characteristics of"focusing on the school curriculum reform environment,emphasizing the support of curricular resources,enhancing implementa-tion selfefficacy,and collaborative cooperation among multiple subjects"respectively.In order to promote the effective implementation of the new standards,it is recommended that we"classify and match"the precise measures according to the types of junior high school physics teachers′curriculum implementation.
