摘  要:高职院校体育教学作为人才培养体系的关键组成部分,融入传统文化元素不仅是文化传承的必然需求,也是培育具备文化底蕴及综合素养高职人才的必要途径。该文聚焦于高职院校体育教学中传统文化元素的融入问题进行了深入探讨,分析了传统文化元素融入高职体育教学在丰富课程体系内容、提升学生综合素质、促进传统文化传承等方面的积极作用,同时指出了当前融入实践中存在的认知局限、资源匮乏、师资力量薄弱等问题。针对上述问题,该文提出了提升认知水平、精心筛选教学内容、创新教学模式与方法、加大资源投入力度、强化师资队伍建设等策略,以期推动传统文化元素在高职体育教学中实现有效融合与持续发展。Vocational college Physical Education is a component of the talent cultivation system.Integrating traditional cultural elements is not only the inevitable demand of cultural inheritance,but also a necessary way to cultivate vocational talents with cultural deposits and comprehensive qualities.This article focuses on the in-depth exploration of the integration of traditional cultural elements in vocational college Physical Education teaching.This paper analyzes the positive role of integrating traditional cultural elements into vocational Physical Education teaching in enriching the curriculum system,improving students'comprehensive quality,and promoting the inheritance of traditional culture.At the same time,it points out the cognitive limitations,resource scarcity,and weak teaching staff in the current integration practice.In response to the above issues,this article proposes strategies such as improving cognitive level,carefully selecting teaching content,innovating teaching modes and methods,increasing resource investment,and strengthening the construction of teaching staff,in order to promote the effective integration and sustainable development of traditional cultural elements in vocational Physical Education teaching.
