摘　　要：全面推进课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的关键措施。体育课程作为学校体育教育的核心组成部分,在课程思政建设中发挥着重要的铸魂育人作用。基于基本体操所具有的基础性和启蒙性特征,该文全面剖析了课程与思政的内在逻辑关联以及基本体操课程所蕴含的思政教育价值。据此,提出了针对基本体操课程的教学目标、内容、方法及评价等方面的实践设计方案,并展示了将理论与实践相结合的思政教学案例。这些努力旨在明确课程思政融入基本体操教学的逻辑框架,促进基本体操课程在价值塑造、技能传授和能力培养上的多元统一,实现知识传授与价值引领的深度融合,从而为体育课程思政的有效实施提供有益的借鉴与参考。Comprehensively promoting the construction of ideological and political education in curriculum is a key measure to implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren.Physical education curriculum,as a core component of school physical education,plays an important role in soul shaping and education in the construction of ideological and political education in curriculum.Based on the fundamental and enlightening nature of Basic Gymnastics for students majoring in physical education,this paper comprehensively analyzes the internal logic of the curriculum and ideological and political education,as well as the ideological and political value contained in Basic Gymnastics curriculum.Based on this,it proposes a practical teaching design for Basic Gymnastics courses in terms of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,etc.,and presents an ideological and political teaching case that combines theory and practice.The aim is to clarify the logical framework of integrating ideological and political education into the teaching of Basic Gymnastics teaching,promote the diverse unity of value shaping,skill imparting,and ability cultivation in Basic Gymnastics courses,achieve deep integration of knowledge imparting and value guidance,and provide reference and guidance for the implementation of ideological and political education in physical education courses.
