摘 要:教育元宇宙所带来的技术变革,给教师发展带来深刻的转变。置身其中的教师面临着知识权威角色动摇、教学中心地位颠覆、道德示范作用弱化的角色危机。面对元宇宙带来的挑战,教师需要重塑自身角色,成为教育资源的掌舵者、教学实践的创新者和师生关系的引导者。教师践行角色转换主要有三大路径:加强教学反思意识,凸显教师在“传道授业”中的主体地位;提高自身数字素养,促进技术与教学在实践中的智慧创生;增加师生有效交流,实现知识传授和道德教化的有机融合。The technological changes brought about by the educational meta-universe have brought profound transformations in teacher development.Teachers in the meta-universe are faced with a role crisis in which the role of intellectual authority is shaken,the status of pedagogical centre is subverted,and the role of ethical demonstration is weakened.In the face of the challenges posed by the meta-universe,teachers need to reshape their roles to become helmsmen of educational resources,innovators of teaching practice,and guides of teacher-student relationships,and practice three major paths of role transformation:strengthening the awareness of teaching reflection,highlighting the subjective position of teachers in“teaching and learning”;improving their digital literacy,promoting the development of technology and teaching;increasing effective communication between teachers and students,achieving the organic integration of knowledge transfer and moral education.
