摘 要:民间教学变革知识生产是缄默知识走向理性化、自觉化、显性化的过程,是缄默知识向实践知识的转化过程。实践知识是实践者文化积习、个人阅历和教育经验叠加的个性化产品,它依附于情境和经验之中,潜在于行为和言语背后,是一种指向“如何行动”的程序性知识。实践知识的生成,需要教师在场域觉知中破壁惯习,基于意会认知探寻内在意义,通过经验提纯重构话语系统,在价值共享中赋予知识理性表征。民间教学变革知识生产路径研究,肯定了缄默知识的教育价值,发现了实践知识的生产路径,促进了民间知识从知识之“形”向知识之“意”的转变。Knowledge production in folk education reform involves the process of tacit knowledge becoming rational,conscious and explicit,which is the transformation of tacit knowledge into practical knowledge.Practical knowledge is an individualized product derived from the practitioner’s cultural accumulation,personal experiences and educational experience.It is embedded in the context and experience and is latent behind actions and words so it is a kind of procedural knowledge on“how to act”.The generation of practical knowledge requires teachers to break habitual boundaries through field awareness,explore inner meaning based on implicit cognition,reconstruct the discourse system through experience purification,and endow knowledge with rational representation in value sharing.The research on the knowledge production path of folk education reform validates the educational value of tacit knowledge,discovers the production path of practical knowledge,and promotes the transformation of folk knowledge from“knowledge form”to“knowledge meaning”.
