摘  要:桃是我国北方地区重要栽植的经济果树之一,对提高地区农业经济产业有很大的作用[1]。同时桃果实汁水充盈,酸甜可口,营养价值丰富,深受广大群众的喜爱。桃是不耐贮藏的水果,在不当贮藏条件下易发生果肉腐烂、失水、褐变等症状。1-MCP和褪黑激素作为果蔬中常用的保鲜技术,深受研究人员的关注。该研究通过综合分析1-MCP和褪黑激素各自单一处理在桃果实中的保鲜效果、生理品质、冷害防治方面的应用。同时评估二者联合处理在桃未来贮藏保鲜中的发展前景,为后续的1-MCP和褪黑激素处理对桃果实贮藏保鲜方面的发展提供参考依据。Peach is one of the important economic fruit trees planted in northern China,which plays a great role in improving regional agricultural economy and industry.At the same time,peach fruit is full of juice,sweet and sour,rich in nutritional value,and is deeply loved by the masses.Peach is a fruit that is not resistant to storage.Under improper storage conditions,it is prone to symptoms such as pulp decay,water loss,and browning.As a common preservation technology in fruits and vegetables,1-MCP and melatonin are deeply concerned and explored by researchers.In this study,the application of 1-MCP and melatonin in the preservation effect,physiological quality and cold damage prevention of peach fruit were comprehensively analyzed.At the same time,the development prospect of the combined treatment of the two in the future storage and preservation of peach was evaluated,which provided a reference for the subsequent development of 1-MCP and melatonin treatment on the storage and preservation of peach fruit.
