摘　　要：本文探讨了以内科学泌尿系统课间实习考核为试点,突破传统的考核模式,以能力为目标,将过程性评价与出科考核命题相结合,以构建多元化的考核评价体系。通过完善考核办法和采用基于临床情景的命题创新,全面、客观、公平地评价学生理论知识与临床思维水平,提高学生对课间实习的重视程度,同时科学、客观地反映教学质量,促进教学持续不断改进,做到以考辅教、以评促学。This article explores the reform of the assessment and evaluation system for clinical practice sessions in the Urology module of the Internal Medicine course.By breaking away from traditional assessment models,it integrates process-oriented evaluations with innovative examination question design focused on competency development,thereby constructing a diversified assessment model.The study enhances the assessment methods and employs clinical scenariobased question innovation to comprehensively,objectively,and fairly evaluate students’theoretical foundations and clinical thinking skills.This approach aims to elevate students’engagement with clinical practice sessions while providing a scientific and objective reflection of teaching quality,fostering ongoing improvements in education,and ensuring that assessments support teaching and promote learning.
