摘　　要：该文主要研究提质培优行动背景下,高等学历继续教育网络课程改革的理论基础与实践策略,通过对网络课程的现状与问题进行分析,全面审视课程内容、教学模式、评价体系和技术支持等方面的现状与需求,提出切实可行的改革措施,以提升高等学历继续教育的质量和效果。对网络课程的系统性改革,可以有效提升课程质量和教学效果,从而更好地满足成人学习者的需求。通过改革,高等学历继续教育网络课程能够更高效地利用现代教育技术和资源,实现教育资源的优化配置和共享,降低教育成本,提高教育效益。This article primarily investigates the theoretical foundations and practical strategies for reforming on-line courses in continuing higher education under the background of quality enhancement initiatives.Its objective is to offer specific reform pathways and actionable recommendations for educational institutions.By analyzing the current status and issues of existing online courses,the study comprehensively examines the status quo and de-mands in course content,teaching methodologies,assessment systems,and technical support.It proposes viable reform measures to elevate the quality and efficacy of continuing higher education.A Systematic reform of online courses can effectively enhance course quality and teaching effectiveness,better meeting the needs of adult learn-ers.Through reform,modern educational technologies and resources can be utilized more efficiently,optimizing resource allocation and sharing,reducing educational costs,and augmenting educational benefits.
