摘 要:乡村教师作为我国乡村教育的基石,承载着振兴乡村教育的使命。当前我国乡村教育普遍存在教师“留不住”等问题,尤其在一些较为偏远的地区更为突出。保障更多乡村教师“留下来”,提升教师在职业发展过程中的韧性,有助于他们树立职业认同感和自豪感,培养职业责任感,从而为扎根乡村教育奠定基础。该文基于当前河北省乡村振兴发展需求,针对中学乡村地理教师职业发展的适应性和持续性不足等问题,有针对性地提出乡村地理教师职业韧性的发展途径,为拓展基础教育领域、服务地方经济发展提供建议。As the cornerstone of rural education in China,rural teachers carry the mission of revitalizing educa-tion.In view of the difficulties in teaching in rural geography education in China,especially in some remote rural areas,it is meaningful to ensure that more rural teachers stay and improve the resilience of teachers in the process of career development.And it is helpful to help teachers to better establish professional identity and pride,culti-vate professional responsibility,and lay a foundation for taking root in rural education.This research bases on the current needs of rural revitalization development in Hebei Province,as the adaptability and sustainable develop-ment of rural middle school geography teachers are insufficient,the adjustment and development approach of ru-ral geography teachers are proposed to provide development suggestions for serving the local economic develop-ment and expanding the basic education.
