摘　　要：文章以宁夏师范大学电子信息工程专业为例,分析了西部地方师范类院校电子信息工程专业在对照工程教育认证标准和要求时所面临的问题,探讨了该专业在工程教育认证背景下如何进行“一流专业”建设的改革与实践。文章从强化工程教育认证理念、明确专业定位、修订人才培养方案、优化课程设置,以及完善教学质量保障体系等方面提出了具体的改革措施,为西部其他地方师范院校电子信息工程专业建设提供了宝贵的参考。The article takes the Electronic Information Engineering major at Ningxia Normal University as an example to analyze the problems faced by electronic information engineering majors in western local normal universities when comparing with engineering education certification standards and requirements.It explores how this major can reform and practice the construction of a"first-class major"in the context of engineering education certification.The article proposes specific reform measures from the aspects of strengthening the concept of engineering education certification,clarifying professional positioning,revising talent training plans,optimizing curriculum settings,and improving the teaching quality assurance system,providing valuable reference for the construction of electronic information engineering majors in other normal universities in western China.
