摘  要:本研究探讨了混合教学模式在住院医师心肺复苏培训中的应用价值。选取2022年7月新入培放射肿瘤学专业基地的住院医师24人为对照组,采用传统教学培训模式;2023年7月新入培相同基地的住院医师19人为观察组,采用混合教学模式。技能操作成绩显示,观察组操作考核总分,以及呼救、按压、通气、按压过程中观察患者面色、摆放复苏后体位各步骤的得分率,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组理论成绩满分率84.2%,课后满意度高。这表明混合教学模式提高了住院医师心肺复苏的技能操作水平,获得了满意的理论成绩,学生自信心和满意度均非常高。This study explores the value of blended teaching in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training for residents.A total of 19 residents of the radiation oncology specialty base of our Cancer Center in July 2023 were selected as the observation group which was trained with the blended teaching model,while the control group consisted of 24 new residents from the same base in July 2022,trained with the traditional model.The total score of operation,and the score rate of steps including calling for help,pressing,ventilating,observing the patient's facial color and positioning after resuscitation in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The full score rate of theoretical test in the observation group was 84.2%,and the residents'satisfaction after class was high.This study indicates that the blended teaching model which was applied in the training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for residents have improved the teaching quality and achieves satisfactory theoretical results,also the students'self-confidence and satisfaction were very high.
