摘　　要：教育兴则国家兴,教育强则国家强。从世界发展进程来看,教育始终在大国兴衰中起着决定性作用。作为社会主义现代化强国的战略先导,教育强国建设应得到全面深刻的认识和理解。从教育强国的历史底蕴来看,中国经历了从“教学为先”到“教育救国”,从“教育建国”到“教育兴国”的历史发展阶段,形成了教育与国家建设之间的完整关系链条。从教育强国的理念遵循来看,党坚持教育现代化的战略目标,坚持以人民为中心的宗旨,坚持扎根中国大地、融通中外的视野,坚持深化改革创新的方法论,坚持建设高质量教师队伍的抓手。在推进党领导教育强国建设进程中,党坚持社会主义办学方向,坚持优先发展教育事业的战略地位,建设高质量教育体系,以人才强国和科技强国有力支撑教育强国。A prosperous education leads to a prosperous nation,and a strong education makes a strong nation.From the perspective of the world’s development process,education has always played a decisive role in the rise and fall of major powers.As the strategic precursor for building a socialist modernized powerful country,the construction of a leading county in education should be comprehensively and profoundly understood.In terms of the historical heritage of this concept,China has gone through historical development stages from“giving priority to teaching”to“saving the nation through education”,from“building the nation through education”to“rejuvenating the nation through education”,thus forming a complete relationship chain linking education with ethnic development.From the perspective of the conceptual principles,the Party adheres to the strategic goal of educational modernization,the people-centered tenet,the vision of taking root in Chinese soil while integrating domestic and foreign elements,the methodology of deepening reform and innovation,and the focus on building a high-quality teaching staff.In promoting the process of the Party’s leadership in building an educationally powerful country,the Party insists on the socialist orientation in running schools,the strategic position of giving priority to the development of education,builds a high-quality education system,and vigorously supports the building of a leading country in education with the strategies of strengthening the nation through talent,science and technology.
