摘 要:目的探讨案例教学法在口腔医生带教中的应用效果及对技能考核水平的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月在安丘市人民医院口腔科实习的62名实习医生为研究对象,按教学方法不同分为两组,各31名。对照组采用常规方法教学,观察组在对照组基础上联合案例教学法。两组均完成3个月带教,比较两组教学质量、技能考核水平与教学满意度。结果观察组客观题(95.41±3.52)分、临床思辨能力(96.13±3.58)分、表达能力(95.64±4.34)分、实践操作(95.74±3.25)分、牙体治疗(96.11±3.35)分及修复治疗评分(95.68±3.52)分,均高于对照组的(90.35±3.24)分、(93.02±3.23)分、(90.43±3.69)分、(92.15±2.93)分、(93.24±2.69)分及(92.14±2.95)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.889、3.591、5.092、4.568、3.719、4.292,P均<0.05)。观察组口腔检查、诊断技术、急救技术、治疗技术、口腔诊疗思辨、辅助检查结果判读及医德医风评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组带教满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论案例教学法用于口腔医生带教中效果良好,能提升教学质量,有助于提高实习医生技能考核水平,并获得较高的带教满意度,值得应用。Objective To explore the application effect of case teaching method in the teaching of dentists and its in-fluence on the level of skill assessment.Methods A total of sixty-two interns who practiced in the Department of Sto-matology,Anqiu People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and di-vided into two groups according to different teaching methods,thirty-one in each group.The control group was taught by conventional methods,and the observation group was combined with case teaching method on the basis of the con-trol group.Both groups completed 3 months of teaching,and the teaching quality,skill assessment level and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of objective questions,clinical thinking abil-ity,expression ability,practical operation,dental treatment and repair treatment in the observation group were 95.41±3.52,96.13±3.58,95.64±4.34,95.74±3.25,96.11±3.35 and 95.68±3.52,which were higher than 90.35±3.24,93.02±3.23,90.43±3.69,92.15±2.93,93.24±2.69,92.14±2.95 of the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=5.889,3.591,5.092,4.568,3.719,4.292,all P<0.05).The scores of oral examination,diagnostic techniques,first aid techniques,treatment techniques,oral diagnosis and treatment,interpretation of auxiliary examination results and medical ethics in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method has a good effect on the teaching of dentists.It can improve the teaching quality,help to improve the skill assessment level of in-terns,and obtain higher teaching satisfaction.It is worthy of application.
