摘  要:该文比较分析赤松茸乙醇提取物不同萃取相抗氧化、降脂和降糖活性。将赤松茸乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取,连同水相萃余物分别浓缩得到4个不同的萃取相;采用DPPH、ABTS+和羟自由基清除法及总抗氧化能力测定法检测4个萃取相的体外抗氧化活性;通过胰脂肪酶和胆固醇酯酶活性评价其体外降脂活性;通过α-葡萄糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶抑制能力测定其体外降糖活性。结果表明,对DPPH自由基清除能力强弱排序为石油醚相>乙酸乙酯相>正丁醇相>水相,IC_(50)分别为21.63、22.69、27.67、40.98 mg/mL;对ABTS+自由基清除能力强弱排序为乙酸乙酯相>正丁醇相>水相>石油醚相,IC_(50)分别为9.17、11.52、17.16、18.50 mg/mL;对羟自由基清除能力强弱排序为乙酸乙酯相>石油醚相>正丁醇相>水相,IC_(50)分别为22.46、25.48、30.48、52.03 mg/mL;总抗氧化能力强弱排序为乙酸乙酯相>正丁醇相>石油醚相>水相,分别为200.27、73.79、70.39、46.02μmol/g。对胰脂肪酶和胆固醇酯酶抑制率大小排序均为乙酸乙酯相>正丁醇相>石油醚相>水相。对α-葡萄糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶抑制能力排序均为乙酸乙酯相>水相>正丁醇相>石油醚相。综上,赤松茸乙醇提取物不同萃取相均有一定的抗氧化、降脂和降糖活性,其中乙酸乙酯相活性最为明显。The antioxidant,lipid-lowering,and hypoglycemic activity of different phases of ethanol extracts from Stropharia rugosoannulata was compared and analyzed in this study.The ethanol extracts of Stropharia rugosoannulata were sequentially extracted by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,and n-butanol,and they together with water fractions were concentrated separately to obtain four different extraction phases.Meanwhile,DPPH,ABTS+,hydroxyl free radical scavenging methods and total antioxidant capacity determination methods were adopted to detect the in vitro antioxidant activity of the four extraction phases.In vitro lipid-lowering activity was evaluated via the pancreatic lipase and cholesterol esterase activity.Hypoglycemic activity was analyzed by inhibitory activity ofα-glucosidase andα-amylase.Results showed that the order of DPPH free radical scav-enging ability was petroleum ether phase>ethyl acetate phase>n-butanol phase>water phase,with IC50 values of 21.63,22.69,27.67,40.98 mg/mL respectively.The ranking of ABTS+free radical scavenging ability was ethyl ac-etate phase>n-butanol phase>water phase>petroleum ether phase,with IC50 of 9.17,11.52,17.16,18.50 mg/mL respectively.The ranking of hydroxyl free radical scavenging ability was ethyl acetate phase>petroleum ether phase>n-butanol phase>water phase,with IC50 of 22.46,25.48,30.48,52.03 mg/mL respectively.The total anti-oxidant capacity was ranked as ethyl acetate phase>n-butanol phase>petroleum ether phase>water phase,with the mass of 200.27,73.79,70.39,46.02μmol/g respectively.The order of inhibition rates for pancreatic lipase and cholesterol esterase was ethyl acetate phase>n-butanol phase>petroleum ether phase>water phase,while that of the inhibition ability forα-glucosidase andα-amylase was ethyl acetate phase>water phase>n-butanol phase>petroleum ether phase.In conclusion,different extraction phases of ethanol extracts from Stropharia rugosoannulata showed antioxidant,lipid-lowering,and hypoglycemic activity,with the most notable activity of the ethyl a
