论高校专业课教师应具有的思政站位与思政视野

摘  要:课程思政作为一种重要的教育理念,要求专业课教师在教学过程中从政治立场、学科立场和学生立场三个维度出发,明确自身的思政责任和站位。具体而言,专业课教师需要从政治经济与科技、历史文化与国情、学情学科与教育,以及国际政治与变局等多方面拓宽自身的思政视野。通过这种多维度的思考和实践,教师能够在坚定的政治立场基础上,从更广阔的视野和跨学科领域中挖掘丰富的课程思政资源,并提炼出多样化的思政元素,落实立德树人根本任务,促进学生的全面发展。As an important educational concept,curriculum ideological and political education requires major course teachers to clarify their ideological and political responsibilities and positions from the three dimensions of political stance,disciplinary stance and student stance in the teaching process.Specifically,teachers need to broaden their ideological and political horizons from multiple aspects such as political economy and technology,historical culture and national conditions,academic disciplines and education,as well as international politics and changes.Through this multi-dimensional thinking and practice,teachers can,on the basis of a firm political stance,tap into rich curriculum ideological and political resources from a broader perspective and interdisciplinary fields,and extract diverse ideological and political elements,ultimately achieving the educational goal of“establishing morality and cultivating people”and promoting the all-round development of students.
