高校外语专业学生语言文字应用能力提升路径研究

摘　　要：培养国家通用语言文字应用能力是提升国家话语权和对外传播能力的重要举措。高校应在新文科背景下提高外语专业学生语言文字应用能力,为国家培养满足国家战略需要的复合型外语人才。研究发现,当前外语专业学生对于提高国家通用语言文字能力时面临着对国家现有的语言文字政策了解不足、规范应用语言文字的相关知识欠缺和掌握标点符号标准使用方法的意识不强等问题。为此,本文厘清目前外语专业学生未能提高语言文字应用能力存在原因,并为此提出语言文字应用能力的提升路径与策略,以期助力外语专业学生对外展现“可信、可爱、可敬”的中国形象和新风貌。Cultivating the application ability of national common language and writing is an important measure to enhance the national discourse power and foreign communication ability.Colleges and universities should improve the language and writing application ability of foreign language majors in the context of the new liberal arts,so as to cultivate compound foreign language talents for the country to meet the needs of the national strategy.It is found that current foreign language majors face the problems of insufficient understanding of the existing national language and writing policies,lack of knowledge related to the standardized application of language and writing,and weak awareness of the standardized use of punctuation when they are trying to improve the ability of national common language and writing.Therefore,this paper clarifies the reasons why foreign language majors fail to improve their language and writing skills,and proposes paths and strategies to improve their language and writing skills,with a view to helping foreign language majors to present a credible,lovable,and honorable image of China to the outside world and a new outlook.
