摘　　要：在全球化背景下,英语口语能力对于学生的学术成就、职业发展以及跨文化交流至关重要。然而,传统的大学英语口语教学面临诸多挑战,如教师未能充分重视口语输出、学生缺乏学习动机以及课程无法提供即时学习反馈。为应对这些挑战,本文探讨了“互联网+教育”背景下智能学习工具在大学英语口语教学中的应用及其对教学创新的推动作用。以《英语口语与演讲》课程为例,本文提出了具体的解决措施,通过引入FIF口语训练系统等智能学习工具,实施线上线下混合式教学模式,旨在为高校英语口语教学改革提供新的思路和方法,促进学生英语口语能力的全面提升。In the context of globalization,English oral proficiency is crucial for students’academic achievements,career development,and cross-cultural communication.However,traditional university English oral teaching faces numerous challenges,such as insufficient emphasis on oral output by teachers,lack of student motivation,and the inability of courses to provide immediate learning feedback.To address these challenges,this paper explores the application and innovative role of intelligent learning tools in university English oral teaching within the“Internet+Education”era.Using the course“English Speaking and Presentation”as an example,the paper proposes specific measures,including the introduction of the FIF Oral Training System and the implementation of a blended online-offline teaching model.The aim is to provide new ideas and methods for the reform of university English oral teaching and to comprehensively enhance students'English oral proficiency.
