摘  要:本文基于高效液相色谱法的基本原理和技术特点,重点阐述了该技术在食品添加剂及有害物质检测中的应用与进展。研究表明,高效液相色谱法因其高灵敏度、高选择性和良好的重现性,在食品安全检测领域发挥着重要作用。通过不断优化色谱条件、完善前处理方法,该技术在食品质量安全控制方面具有广阔的应用前景。Based on the basic principles and technical characteristics of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),this paper focuses on the application and progress of the technique in the detection of food additives as well as the detection of hazardous substances.The study shows that HPLC technology plays an important role in the field of food safety detection due to its high sensitivity,high selectivity and good reproducibility.Through continuous optimization of chromatographic conditions and improvement of pretreatment methods,this technique has a broad application prospect in food quality and safety control.
