摘  要:随着经济的快速发展和产业结构升级,食品行业对高素质职业本科人才的需求日益增长。本文探讨了在产教融合视域下食品工程技术专业职业本科人才培养的策略,强调了产教融合在提升人才培养质量、促进教育与产业深度融合中的关键作用,分析了当前食品工程技术专业职业本科人才培养目标和存在的问题,如课程理论与实践脱节、校企合作机制不健全等,提出了创新产教融合、校企合作机制,确立产教融合课程目标引领课程改革等策略,以提升食品工程技术专业职业本科人才培养质量,满足行业发展需求。This paper discusses the cultivation strategies of food vocational undergraduate talents from the perspective of integration of production and education.With the rapid development of economy and the upgrading of industrial structure,the demand for high-quality vocational undergraduate talents in the food industry is growing day by day.The paper emphasizes the key role of the integration of production and education in improving the quality of talent training and promoting the deep integration of education and industry,and analyzes the current training goals and existing problems of food vocational undergraduate talents,such as the disconnection between curriculum theory and practice,and the imperfect cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise.This paper puts forward some strategies,such as innovating the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,establishing the curriculum objectives of integration of production and education to lead the curriculum reform,in order to improve the quality of food vocational undergraduate talent training and meet the development needs of the industry.
