摘 要:本文探讨了模型预测控制(MPC)技术在淀粉糖生产中的创新应用及其带来的效能提升。分析了淀粉糖生产的现状及面临的挑战,结合MPC技术的基本原理和特征,深入探讨了该技术在淀粉糖生产流程中的实施要点,涵盖淀粉水解、糖化、膜过滤和异构等关键环节的模型构建与控制策略。通过构建精确的数学模型和设计高效的控制策略,MPC技术能够显著提高生产效率、降低能耗和改善产品质量,并对其未来发展趋势与面临的挑战进行了前瞻性剖析,旨在为淀粉糖行业的现代化技术改造与可持续发展提供理论依据与实践指导。This paper explores the innovative application of Model Predictive Control(MPC)technology in starch sugar production and its efficacy enhancement.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation and challenges faced in starch sugar production.Combining the basic principles and characteristics of MPC technology,it delves into the key implementation points of this technology in the starch sugar production process,covering the model construction and control strategies for crucial stages such as starch hydrolysis,saccharification,membrane filtration,and isomerization.By constructing accurate mathematical models and designing efficient control strategies,MPC technology can significantly improve production efficiency,reduce energy consumption,and enhance product quality.It also provides a forward-looking analysis of its future development trends and challenges,aiming to offer theoretical foundations and practical guidance for the modern technological transformation and sustainable development of the starch sugar industry.
