摘  要:置身于当今高等教育蓬勃发展的时代浪潮之下,应用型本科教育迅猛崛起,为多领域输送实践导向型专业人才,成为推动各行业发展的重要力量源泉。在此背景下,给舞蹈专业发展带来机遇的同时,也面临诸多挑战。应用型舞蹈人才培育与民族文化传承之间存在着千丝万缕的紧密联系,二者相互促进、协同发展。该文通过深入且细致地剖析当下舞蹈人才培养所处的现实境遇,全方位挖掘蕴藏于民族文化中特色资源的多元价值,并以创新为驱动积极探索民族文化与应用型舞蹈人才培育深度融合的路径,促使应用型舞蹈人才成长为传承民族文化、凝聚民族向心力的中坚力量,精准对接社会发展的多元需求,为民族文化的繁荣发展筑牢坚实根基。Amidst the booming trend of higher education today,applied undergraduate education has risen rapidly,providing practice oriented professional talents for diverse fields and becoming an important source of power to promote the development of various industries.In this context,while bringing opportunities for the development of the dance profession,it also faces many challenges.There is a close and intricate connection between the cultivation of applied dance talents and the inheritance of ethnic culture,and the two promote and develop in synergy with each other.This article deeply and meticulously analyzes the current reality of dance talent cultivation,comprehensively explores the diverse value of characteristic resources hidden in ethnic culture,and actively explores the path of deep integration between ethnic culture and applied dance talent cultivation driven by innovation,promoting the growth of applied dance talents into the backbone of inheriting ethnic culture and consolidating national centripetal force,accurately connecting with the diverse needs of social development,and laying a solid foundation for the prosperity and development of ethnic culture.
