摘 要:部分西部地方高校的电气工程及自动化专业因办学平台和资源的影响,培养的学生部分存在实践操作能力不足的问题。为解决此问题,作者以某学校电气工程及自动化专业为例,以OBE理念为指导,充分运用“企业、学生、教师、学校”四方合作,通过优化专业实践课程、以学生为中心、以行业需求为导向、闭环改进等方式优化构建电气工程及自动化专业实践教学体系,从根本上解决本科人才与社会需求脱节的难题,以达到四方共赢。Due to the influence of educational platforms and resources,some students trained in electrical engineering and automation majors in some western universities have insufficient practical operation skills.To solve this problem,the paper takes the electrical engineering and automation major of a certain school as an example,guided by the OBE concept,fully utilizes the cooperation of“enterprises,students,teachers,and schools”,optimizes and constructs the practical teaching systemof electrical engineering and automation major through optimizing professional practice courses,student-centered,industry demand oriented,closed-loop improvement,and other methods,fundamentally solving the problemof the disconnect between undergraduate talents and social needs,in order to achieve a win-win situation for all parties.This study can provide theoretical and practical support for the training of engineering professionals in western local universities.
