摘 要:人工智能技术是驱动教育改革的催化剂,随着“人工智能+教育”理念的深入推进,教育逐渐从“知识灌输”向“能力提升”转型。文章结合人工智能时代高等职业教育创新人才培养的现实需求,围绕“人工智能+教育”理念重新构建教育体系的各个环节,从人才培养目标、课程体系到教学模式进行创新改革,推动高职教育与产业深度融合,实现可持续发展,以全面提升学生的创新能力、技术素养和跨学科协作能力,使其在未来智能化社会中能应对各种挑战。Artificial intelligence(Al)technology serves as a catalyst for educational reform.With the in-depth promotion of the concept of"AI+education",education is gradually shifting from"knowledge indoctrination"to"ability enhancement".This paper,in line with the practical needs of cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational education in the AI era,reconstructs various aspects of the education system around the concept of"AI+education".It conducts innovative reforms in talent cultivation objectives,curriculum systems,and teaching models,promoting the deep integration of higher vocational education and industries and achieving sustainable development.The aim is to comprehensively improve students'innovative abilities,technical literacy,and interdisciplinary collaboration skills,enabling them to meet various challenges in the future intelligent society.
