摘　　要：国之大计,教育为本,教育大计,教师为本。新时代实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,归根结底需要依靠人才、依靠教育,而提高人才培养质量和促进教育高质量发展,离不开教师这一中坚力量的支持。班主任是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是学校从事德育工作、开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,高校班主任管理工作的落实,是引领思想价值、塑造创新思维的关键一环。文章基于班主任管理的重要性,切实分析班主任管理工作面临的挑战,并给出针对性的改进对策,旨在为提高班主任管理工作效能,完善高校人才培养体系提供理论参考。Education is the foundation of a nation's development,and teachers are the foundation of education.In the new era,realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation ultimately depends on talent and education.To improve the quality of talent cultivation and promote the high-quality development of education,the support ofteachers,as the backbone force,is indispensable.Head teachers are an important part of the teaching staff in institutions of higher education.They are the key force in schools for carrying out moral education work and ideological and political education for college students.The implementation ofhead-teacher management in universities is a crucial link in guiding ideological values and shaping innovative thinking.Based on the importance of head-teacher management,this article thoroughly analyzes the challenges faced by head-teacher management work and provides targeted improvement countermeasures.The aim is to improve the effectiveness of head-teacher management work and provide a theoretical reference for perfecting the talent-cultivation system in universities.
