摘  要:目的探析病例分析法在甲状腺教学中的应用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年11月于宜春市人民医院学习甲状腺相关知识课程的56名临床护理实习生作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各28名。对照组进行常规模式教学,观察组在对照组基础上结合病例分析模式教学。比较两组学习成果客观评估、学习效能、对教学模式的评价、对教师教学的认可度。结果观察组方案制订、病例分析、理论测试评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组帮助知识理解、提高积极性、勇于提出问题、勇于分享观点、提高查阅文献能力、信赖处理客户能力、建立正确认知、明确责任和义务评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对学习模式的督促作用、学习模式难易程度、学习模式的必要性、学习模式激发学习兴趣、学习模式分析问题能力、学习模式的知识内化的评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对教师教学能力、教学态度、教学满意度、师生沟通的认可度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺教学活动中采用病例分析法,能加强学生学习效能,增强学习效果,且学生对该教学方式较认同,对教师教学的认可度更高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application of case analysis method in thyroid teaching.Methods 56 clinical nursing interns who studied thyroid related knowledge courses at Yichun People's Hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 28 students in each group.The control group received regular mode teaching,while the observation group received case analysis mode teaching on the basis of the control group.The objective evaluation of learning outcomes,learning effectiveness,evaluation of teaching modes,and recognition of teacher teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of scheme formulation,case analysis and theoretical test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of helping knowledge understanding,improving enthusiasm,daring to ask questions,daring to share views,improving literature review ability,trusting customer handling ability,establishing correct cognition,clarifying responsibilities and obligations in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of the urging effect of learning mode,the difficulty of learning mode,the necessity of learning mode,the stimulation of learning interest by learning mode,the ability of learning mode to analyze problems,and the knowledge internalization of learning mode in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teacher's teaching ability,teaching attitude,teaching satisfaction and recognition of teacher-student communication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of case analysis method in thyroid teaching activities can enhance student's learning ef
