摘 要:目的探讨多元化教学模式用于肝胆外科胆总管结石术后教学的效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年6月于九江市第一人民医院实习的82名实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组41名。对照组采取传统带教方式,观察组采取多元化教学模式干预方式。比较两组教学前后理论知识和实践操作及综合能力的考核成绩、批判性思维能力测量表评分、主动学习能力评分、带教工作认可度。结果教学后,两组理论知识、实践操作及综合能力评分均高于教学前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,两组寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、评判思维自信心、求知欲及认真成熟度评分均高于教学前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,两组学习动机、自我管理能力、学习合作能力、信息素质评分均高于教学前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习主动性、带教连贯性、师生沟通性、实用性的认可度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习生于肝胆外科胆总管结石术后开展多元化模式教学,可有效提升实习生的理论知识及实践操作能力,激发其学习兴趣,提高学习主动性与积极性,保障教学效率及质量,提升其自学与实践、分析及解决问题等能力及综合素质。Objective To explore the effect of diversified teaching mode on postoperative teaching of common bile duct stone surgery in hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 82 interns who practiced in Jiujiang First People's Hospital from August 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the diversified teaching mode intervention method.The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation and comprehensive ability,critical thinking ability measurement score,active learning ability score and recognition of teaching work before and after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation and comprehensive ability of the two groups were higher than those before teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of truth-seeking,open thinking,analytical ability,systematic ability,self-confidence in critical thinking,curiosity and serious maturity of the two groups was higher than those before teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of learning motivation,self-management ability,learning cooperation ability and information quality of the two groups were higher than those before teaching,and the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition of learning initiative,teaching coherence,teacher-student communication and practicability in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified teaching mode of interns after the operation of common bile
