摘 要:目的探索3D打印技术结合团队学习(TBL)与问题导向学习(PBL)在泌尿外科实习教学中的应用效果。方法招募36名在2023年5月至2024年5月期间福建医科大学附属南平市第一医院的泌尿外科实习生,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组18名。对照组采用单一PBL联合TBL教学方法,试验组则采用3D打印技术结合TBL与PBL的教学方法。比较两组教学效果。结果试验组在问诊、查体、诊断、组织效能、人文精神和整体评价等演练成绩方面均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在客观理论考核方面,试验组在理论知识、病例分析、病历书写和基础技能等各科目上的成绩也均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的总成绩平均为(89.38±4.07)分,对照组则为(84.25±2.75)分。试验组实习生在熟悉相关知识、激发学习兴趣、提高团队意识、诊疗思维建立等方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术结合TBL与PBL的教学方法在泌尿外科实习教学中取得了鲜明成效,提升了学生的临床技能和理论知识水平,还激发了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,增强了团队意识和诊疗思维能力。Objective Explore the application effect of 3D printing technology combined with team-based learning(TBL)and problembased learning(PBL)in urology internship teaching.Methods A total of 36 urology interns from the First Hospital of Nanping City,Affiliated to Fujian Medical University,were recruited from May 2023 to May 2024 and randomly divided into a control group and an test group,with 18 interns in each group.The control group used a single PBL combined with TBL teaching method,while the test group used a 3D printing technology combined with TBL and PBL teaching method.Compared the teaching effectiveness of the two groups.Results Test group had significantly higher exercise scores in terms of consultation,physical examination,diagnosis,organizational efficacy,humanistic spirit,and overall evaluation than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of objective theoretical assessment,the test group also scored higher than the control group in various subjects such as theoretical knowledge,case analysis,medical record writing,and basic skills(P<0.05).The average overall score of the test group was(89.38±4.07)points,while that of the control group was(84.25±2.75)points.The satisfaction of interns in the combination group in familiarizing themselves with relevant knowledge,stimulating learning interest,improving team awareness,and establishing diagnostic and treatment thinking in the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of 3D printing technology with TBL and PBL teaching methods has achieved remarkable results in urology internship teaching.In addition to improving students’clinical skills and theoretical knowledge,it has also stimulated their interest and enthusiasm for learning,enhanced their teamwork awareness and diagnostic and treatment thinking abilities.
