摘 要:目的探讨BOPPPS与CBL教学在肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训(住培)带教中的应用。方法选取2023年8月至2024年8月郑州大学第一附属医院82名接受住培的肿瘤科人员,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组是传统教学,研究组是BOPPPS联合CBL教学。比较两组教学效果。结果研究组的考核指标更好(P<0.05);研究组教学评价更高(P<0.05);研究组满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS与CBL共同教学在肿瘤科住培带教中的效果明显,可以有效提升其系统思维与综合实践能力,并进一步提高整体的教学效果与满意度。Objective To explore the application of BOPPPS and CBL teaching in the standardized training(residential training)of oncology residents.Methods From August 2023 to August 2024,82 people in the department of oncology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group was taught by traditional teaching and the study group was taught by BOPPPS combined with CBL.Compare the teaching effectiveness of the two groups.Results The assessment index of the study group was better(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation of the study group was higher(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The co-teaching of BOPPPS and CBL has obvious effect in the resident training and teaching of oncology department,which can effectively improve their systematic thinking and comprehensive practice ability,and further improve the overall teaching effect and satisfaction.
