摘 要:为了解决小型航空发动机燃烧室刚性总管燃油流量偏小、燃油流量不均匀度偏大的问题,采用故障树分析、3维数值模拟与理论分析相结合的方法,对燃油总管的设计、选材过程以及加工工艺进行了研究,对可能产生问题的底事件逐一分析。结果表明:燃油总管流量偏小的主要原因是总管内壁粗糙度较高和焊料渗入总管内部并粘结在总管管壁上;燃油总管流量不均匀度偏大的主要原因是焊接装配方式不合理和焊接工艺选取不当。对燃油总管出油管与总管管体的配合型面加以改进,并采用冷焊工艺焊接总管的各部分后进行试验验证,改进后的燃油总管流量特性与设计值之间的误差小于5%,总管流量不均匀性的分布与仿真计算结果规律相近,满足设计要求。In order to solve the problem of lower flow-rate and larger flow-rate unevenness of a rigid fuel manifold used for the combustion chamber of a small gas turbine engine,the fault tree analysis,3D numerical simulation,and theoretical analysis were used to investigate each basic event that may cause the problem,including the design,material selection process,and manufacture process of the manifold.The results show that the reasons for the low flow-rate of the fuel manifold are the high roughness of the manifold inner wall and the infiltration of solder into the manifold and its adhesion to the inner wall;the reasons for the larger flow-rate unevenness are the improper selection of welding method and welding process.The mating surface profiles between the outflow pipes and the fuel manifold main body were improved,a cold welding process was applied between all parts of the fuel manifold and verification tests were conducted.The error between the flow characteristics of the improved fuel manifold and the design value is less than 5%,and the flow-rate unevenness distribution of the fuel manifold is similar to the simulation results,meeting the design requirements.
