摘　　要：高职教育作为我国现代教育体系的核心要素之一,是培养技能型人才的重要根据地。衡量技能型人才质量的关键指标在于职业能力,在日常教学中以职业能力培养为导向组织教学实践十分必要。本文以高职汽车专业教育根本特征为切入点,探讨了职业能力实质内涵,重点分析了培养学生职业能力的高职汽车教学有效策略,以期为学生的职业发展打下基础。Vocational education,as one of the core elements of China's modern education system,is an impor-tant base for cultivating skilled talents.The key indicator for measuring the quality of skilled talents lies in their vocational abilities,and it is necessary to organize teaching practices with the guidance of vocational ability cul-tivation in daily teaching.This article takes the fundamental characteristics of higher vocational automotive edu-cation as the starting point,discusses the essential connotation of vocational abilities,and focuses on analyzing effective strategies for teaching automotive in higher vocational education to cultivate students'vocational abili-ties,with the aim of laying a foundation for students'career development.
