摘  要:在国际化教育背景下,“食品工厂设计课程设计”教学面临新挑战。为此,在介绍课程教学概况的基础上,分析新形势下本科留学生教学过程中存在问题;提出“了解中国经济发展的优惠政策”“优化课程设计内容”“巩固基础知识”“提高教师教学水平”“加强师生交流”5种教改措施;对教学改革措施的效果进行分析,讨论本科留学生对教改措施的评价。课程的教学改革为培养高质量的本科留学生奠定坚实基础。Under the background of international education,new challenges are faced in teaching“Curriculum Design of Food Factory Design”for undergraduate international students.Analyze the problems existing in the teaching process of international undergraduate students under the new situation,based on introducing the general situation of the teaching of this course.The teaching and research group puts forward five teaching reform measures,including understanding the preferential policies of China's economic development,optimizing the contents of curriculum design,consolidating basic knowledge,and improving the teaching level of teachers and reinforcing the exchanges between teachers and students.The effect of the teaching reform measures is analyzed,and the evaluation of the teaching process is discussed.The teaching reform of this course has laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality undergraduate students.
