摘　　要：研究灵芝大豆肽软胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。在为期30 d的试验中,小鼠被连续灌胃不同剂量的灵芝大豆肽软胶囊,剂量分别为0.25,0.50和1.50 g/(kg·bw)(折算为人体推荐摄入量的5,10和30倍)。参照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》,分别采用称重法测定小鼠的脏器/体重比值,采用足跖增厚法测定迟发型变态反应,采用MTT法检测小鼠淋巴细胞转化功能,采用玻片法测定抗体生成和半数溶血值,进行单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力测试,采用半体内法检测腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力,以及采用乳酸脱氢酶测定法评估NK细胞活性。结果显示:中、高剂量的灵芝大豆肽软胶囊能显著提高小鼠的迟发型变态反应能力,增强NK细胞活性;高剂量可显著增加小鼠抗体生成细胞数和半数溶血值。因此,可判定灵芝大豆肽软胶囊具有增强免疫力的功能。The immunoregulation effect of Ganoderma lucidum soybean peptide softcapsule on mice was studied.Ganoderma lucidum soybean peptide softcapsules were consecutively orally given to mice with the doses of 0.25,0.50 and 1.50 g/(kg·bw)(5,10 and 30 times to the recommended human dosage)for 30 d.In accordance with the“Technical Standards for Testing&Assessment of Health Food”,the organ/body weight ratio was determined through the weighing method,the delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction was measured by the plantar thickening method,the spleen lymphocyte transformation function was detected using the MTT method,the antibody generation and the half-hemolysis value were determined by the slide method,the carbon clearance capacity of mononuclear-macrophage cells was tested,the phagocytic ability of peritoneal macrophages for chicken red blood cells was examined by the semi-in vivo method,and the activity of NK cells was evaluated by the lactate dehydrogenase assay.The results showed that soft capsules(medium and high doses)could significantly enhance the delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction ability and increase the activity of NK cells;Meanwhile,the high dose of soft capsule could significantly raise the number of antibody-producing cells and the level of serum hemolysin.Therefore,Ganoderma lucidum soybean peptide softcapsule can be determined in mice with enhanced immunity.
