摘 要:专业学位研究生教育是培养高层次应用型专门人才的主渠道。文章提出了思政引领下构建“产教学研用”紧密结合的企业需求、人才培养、学科建设、科研合作“四位协同”创新联盟,将资源、学科、科研等优势转换为研究生培养和创新优势,建立“需求牵引,深入合作”专业学位研究生校企协同培养模式。紧紧围绕专业学位研究生培养高层次应用型专门人才的目标,把课程思政贯穿人才培养的全过程,针对能源动力专业学位研究生培养路径进行积极探索和实践,围绕“基于OBE教育理念的新工科人才培养”,以校企合作研究课题和个人职业发展规划为抓手,实现人才培养的“知识提升”到“能力增长”的转变。Professional degree graduate education is the main channel for cultivating high-level applied specialized talents.This article proposes the construction of a“four coordinated”innovation alliance that closely integrates enterprise demand,talent cultivation,discipline construction,and scientific research cooperation under the guidance of ideological and political education.The advantages of resources,disciplines,and scientific research will be transformed into advantages in graduate education and innovation,and a“demand driven,in-depth cooperation”model for collaborative training of professional degree graduate students between schools and enterprises will be established.Focusing closely on the goal of cultivating high-level applied specialized talents for professional degree graduate students,integrating ideological and political courses throughout the entire process of talent cultivation,actively exploring and practicing the training path for energy and power professional degree graduate students,and focusing on the“new engineering talent cultivation based on OBE education concept”,using school enterprise cooperation research projects and personal career development plans as the starting point,to achieve the transformation from“knowledge enhancement”to“ability growth”in talent cultivation.
