摘　　要：油脂制取与加工工艺学是粮食工程专业的专业核心课程,以我院粮食工程专业工程教育认证背景为契机,对油脂制取与加工工艺学课程思政教学融入进行了探索。基于专业认证要求与立德树人根本任务,重构了课程教学目标;以教学内容为依托,深入挖掘了课程思政元素,采用多元化的教学模式和考核手段以推动专业育人与思政育人的有机融合。Oil Extraction and Processing Technology is a core course for students majoring in Grain Engineering.Taking the background of engineering education certification,the integration of ideological and political teaching in Oil Extraction and Processing Technology course is explored.Based on the fundamental task of professional certification and moral education,the teaching objectives have been reconstructed;Based on the teaching content,the ideological and political elements of the curriculum are deeply investigated,and diversified teaching models and assessment methods have been adapted to promote the efficient integration of professional education and ideological and political education.
