摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化是我国劳动人民在数千年的历史发展中,克服重重困难得以延续的特色文化,是文化自信的基础,也是立德树人的载体。以“食品添加剂”课程教学改革为例,通过加强爱国主义教育,树立民族自豪感;开展职业诚信教育,培育社会责任感;深化课程思政教育,提升职业幸福感;借助科学评价手段,体现学生参与感等。加强“食品添加剂”课程与中华优秀传统文化的有机融合,在完成课程教学的同时实现优秀文化的继承与发展。教师在教学过程中,只有将历史与案例知识融入其中,加强优秀传统文化的宣传,才能进一步提升学生对食品添加剂应用与使用原则的理解,树立振兴食品工业的信心与决心。Chinese excellent traditional culture is a characteristic culture that our working people have overcome many difficulties and continued in thousands of years of historical development.It is not only the basis of cultural self-confidence,but also the carrier of building morality and cultivating people.Taking the teaching reform of“Food Additives”as an example,establish national pride by strengthening patriotism education;Carry out professional integrity education and cultivate a sense of social responsibility;Deepen the ideological and political education of the curriculum and improve the sense of professional happiness;With the help of scientific evaluation means,reflect students'sense of participation and other measures.Strengthen the organic integration of“Food Additives”and Chinese excellent traditional culture,and realize the inheritance and development of excellent culture while completing the course teaching finally.In the teaching process,only by integrating history and case knowledge and strengthening the publicity of excellent traditional culture,can teachers further improve students'understanding of the application and use principles of food additives and establish their confidence and determination to revitalize the food industry.
