摘 要:为将课程思政有机融入“糖厂设计基础”教学过程实现课程育人目标,根据广西科技师范学院的办学定位,结合食品科学与工程专业的特色,充分考虑“糖厂设计基础”课程的特点,对“糖厂设计基础”课程进行教学改革与实践。以课程内容为主线,以重要思政知识点为载体,深入挖掘思政元素建立思政案例库,以多种教学方式相结合的形式设计思政融入路径,构建“糖厂设计基础”课程思政教学体系,以期提高食品科学与工程专业人才培养质量及为设计类课程开展思政教育提供借鉴和参考。In order to organically integrate curriculum ideology and politics into the teaching process of“Sugar Factory Design Foundation”to achieve the goal of curriculum education,based on the school orientation of Guangxi Science and Technology Normal University,combined with the characteristics of the Food Science and Engineering major,fully considered the characteristics of the“Sugar Factory Design Foundation”course,the teaching reform and practice was carried out.The teaching team took the course content as the main line,using important ideological and political knowledge points as the carrier,deeply exploring the ideological and political elements and establishing an ideological and political case library.The teaching team designed the path for integrating ideological and political education by combining various teaching methods,and constructed the ideological and political teaching system for“Sugar Factory Design Foundation”course,to improve the quality of food science and engineering professional education and to provide reference and guidance for ideological and political education in design-related basic courses.
