摘 要:刺梨因其独特的口味加之丰富的营养和食用价值,在食药和化妆品领域表现出巨大的应用前景。但一些商家在利益的驱使之下,掺假现象也屡见不鲜。为杜绝此类现象,构建刺梨源性成分检测的阳性质粒分子,并对其特异性和灵敏度进行验证;分析实时荧光PCR反应体系中不同混悬液的扩增效果及市售刺梨加工品的适用性检测。结果表明,构建的质粒分子特异性强,灵敏度高,建立的标准曲线扩增效率可达1.92,且相关系数R^(2)为1。试验结果可应用于刺梨及加工产品的分析检测,为市场监管部门日常监管和检测提供理论和技术支持,同时为刺梨产业的健康发展保驾护航。Rosa roxbunghii has demonstrated significant potential in the fields of food,medicine and cosmetics,due to its distinctive flavour,abundant nutritional content,and valuable edibility.However,due to the prevailing interests of certain businesses,the prevalence of counterfeit products is also widespread.To mitigate this occurrence,the study developed plasmid molecules with positive attributes for detecting components originating from Rosa roxbunghii.The specificity and sensitivity of these molecules were confirmed.The amplification effect of various suspensions in a real-time fluorescence PCR reaction system was examined and the suitability of commercially available Roxburgh pear processed products for detection was assessed.The findings demonstrated that the plasmid synthesised in this investigation exhibited robust specificity and exceptional sensitivity.The amplification efficiency of the developed standard curve reached 1.92,and the correlation coefficient R^(2)was 1.This study can be utilized for the analysis and identification of Roxburgh pear and its processed goods.It can offer technical assistance for the daily supervision and detection carried out by market supervision departments,ensuring the healthy growth of the Rosa roxbunghii industry.
