《中医学》教学中应用线上线下混合式教学的效果分析

摘  要:目的探讨在《中医学》教学中采用线上线下混合式教学的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月在广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院见习的280名医学生作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分组,分别命名为对照组(n=140)与观察组(n=140)。对照组的教学方法为传统教学,观察组的教学方法为线上线下混合式教学。对比2组的考试成绩、自我综合能力和教学满意度。结果观察组的形成性评价分(参加主题讨论次数、在线测试平均成绩、作业完成率、到课率、课堂答题正确率、作业平均成绩、课程答题时间)与总结性评价分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的自学能力、理解能力、协作能力、人际沟通能力、知识运用能力、解决问题能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的教学满意度为96.43%,高于对照组的89.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在《中医学》教学中采用线上线下混合式教学的效果较显著,不仅可以提高医学生的考试成绩,还可以增强其自我综合能力,提升其教学满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of using online and offline blended teaching in the teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods A total of 280 medical students who were interns in the Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects and divided into two groups by random number table method,respectively named control group(n=140)and observation group(n=140).The teaching method of the control group was traditional teaching,and the teaching method of the observation group was online and offline blended teaching.The test scores,self-comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The formative evaluation scores(frequency of participation in thematic discussions,average score of online tests,completion rate of homework,attendance rate,accuracy rate of classroom answers,average score of homework,and course answer time)and summative evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores for self-learning ability,understanding ability,collaboration ability,interpersonal communication ability,knowledge application ability,and problem-solving ability than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 96.43%,higher than that of the control group(89.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of online and offline blended teaching in the teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine has a significant effect.It can not only improve the exam scores of medical students,but also enhance their self comprehensive ability and improve their teaching satisfaction.
