摘　　要：鉴于全球气候变化的迫切现实要求,绿色可持续发展理念已成为国际高等教育发展转型的重要趋势。《泰晤士高等教育》发布的“世界大学影响力榜单”对标联合国可持续发展目标,是一种可观测、可追踪、可评估的新型高等教育评价标准,旨在敦促大学职能与可持续发展理念的双向融合。文章基于“世界大学影响力榜单”分析国际高等教育评价新路径后发现,相较于传统高等教育评价模式,绿色可持续发展理念在高等教育评价中的影响力逐年扩大,已初步形成以社会贡献衡量办学水平的价值理念。“世界大学影响力榜单”围绕“研究、教学、管理与服务”的评价支柱,以及以“命题—开放—择优”原则为指引的“17+3X+N”评价模式,推动了高等教育评价绿色可持续发展的国际转向。In response to the urgent demands of global climate change,the concept of green and sustainable development has become a key trend in the transformation of international higher education.The Times Higher Education University Impact Rankings(IMPACT),aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals,represents a new type of higher education evaluation that is observable,traceable,and assessable.Its goal is to promote the two-way integration of university functions and sustainable development.By analyzing IMPACT,it is evident that compared to traditional higher education evaluation models,the influence of green and sustainable development principles is expanding year by year.This has led to the initial formation of a value-oriented approach to evaluating educational quality based on societal contributions.The“17+3X+N”evaluation model,centered around four key pillars—research,teaching,management,and service—and guided by the principle of“problem-diversity-excellence”,is driving a rapid international shift towards green and sustainable development in higher education evaluation.
