摘  要:在新时代背景下,建设学习型社会已成为我国推动教育现代化、提升国民素养、促进经济社会全面发展的关键举措。而教育数字化作为新时代教育发展的重要趋势,正以其独特的优势和潜力,为学习型社会建设全面赋能。基于对《教育强国建设规划纲要(2024—2035年)》第七部分“建设学习型社会,以教育数字化开辟发展新赛道、塑造发展新优势”的解读,提出教育数字化赋能学习型社会建设的实践进路。一是提升终身学习公共服务水平,构建终身学习制度;二是实施国家教育数字化战略,构建数字教育体系;三是促进人工智能助力教育变革,提升教育质量和效率。在此基础上,探讨教育数字化面临的数字鸿沟与教育公平、数据安全与隐私保护、人工智能伦理与教育风险等挑战,并提出多方协同发力缩小数字鸿沟、强化数据安全与隐私保护机制、规范人工智能伦理应用的应对策略。In the context of the new era,building a learning society has become a key initiative to promote the modernization of education,enhance national literacy,and drive comprehensive economic and social development in China.Educational digitization,as an important trend in the development of education in the new era,is fully empowering the construction of a learning society with its unique advantages and potential.Based on an interpretation of Section 7 of The 2024-2035 Master Plan on Building China Into a Leading Country in Education,titled “Building a Learning Society:Opening New Development Tracks and Shaping New Development Advantages through Educational Digitization,” this paper proposes practical pathways for leveraging educational digitization to empower the construction of a learning society.First,improve the level of public services for lifelong learning and establish a lifelong learning system;second,implement the national educational digitization strategy and build a digital education system;third,promote the role of artificial intelligence in driving educational transformation,and enhance the quality and efficiency of education.Building upon this,the paper explores the challenges in advancing educational digitization,including the digital divide and educational equity,data security and privacy protection,as well as the ethics of artificial intelligence and educational risks.It also proposes strategies for collaborative efforts to narrow the digital divide,strengthen mechanisms for data security and privacy protection,and regulate the ethical application of artificial intelligence.
