摘  要:在中小学教育中,宪法教学意义深远,但长期受应试思想等因素制约,面临诸多困境。基于中小学生身心特点,提出宪法教学设计应围绕“生活宪法”与“宪法生活”理念展开,遵循科学使用教材、不重法条记忆而重价值认同等原则,并以生活化案例为关键抓手,从案例选择、课前准备、课堂实施等方面阐述教学策略,旨在引导学生从“生活宪法”迈向“宪法生活”,实现宪法教育目标。Constitutional education in primary and secondary schools has profound significance,but it has long been constrained by factors such as exam-oriented thinking,facing many challenges.Based on the physical and mental characteristics of primary and secondary school students,it is proposed that constitutional teaching design should revolve around the concepts of“Constitution in Life”and“Life with the Constitution.”It should follow principles such as the scientific use of textbooks,focusing not on memorizing legal provisions but on fostering value recognition.Using real-life examples as a key approach,teaching strategies are elaborated from the aspects of case selection,pre-class preparation,and classroom implementation.The aim is to guide students from“Constitution in Life”to“Life with the Constitution,”thereby achieving the goals of constitutional education.
