摘  要:在国际教育视域下,教育强国建设充满机遇与挑战。扎实推进基础教育国际交流合作不仅是对当前教育全球化趋势的积极响应,更是我国教育强国战略的重要组成部分,对于推进教育对外开放、提升国家教育竞争力和国际影响力具有深远影响。在开展高质量基础教育国际交流合作的过程中,需处理好扎根中国大地与借鉴国际经验的关系,挖掘高品质学校的建设内涵,推进外语特色办学的实施路径,谋划国际化人才的培养思路,着力构建基础教育国际交流合作的新局面。From the perspective of international education,the construction of a powerful country in education is full of opportunities and challenges.Solidly promoting international exchanges and cooperation in elementary education is not only a positive response to the current trend of educational globalization,but also an important component of Chinese strategy of constructing a powerful country in education.It has a profound impact on promoting education opening up to the outside world,enhancing national education competitiveness and international influence.In the process of carrying out international exchanges and cooperation in high-quality elementary education,it is necessary to handle the relationship between rooting in China and learning from international experience,explore the construction connotation of high-quality schools,promote the implementation path of foreign language characteristic education,plan the cultivation ideas of international talents and focus on building a new dimension of international exchanges and cooperation in elementary education.
