摘 要:为了维持社会稳定,解决因社会不平等而激化的民生问题,法国政府在教育领域推出诸多举措,试图通过均衡教育资源和提升教育质量缓解不平等问题。2017年,法国开始在一些城市政策优先地区开展“教育城市”计划。该计划通过将国家服务、地方政府、社会团体、学校和家长等各方力量联合起来,形成家校社“教育联盟”,在促进教育连续性、拓展学生个体发展空间、巩固学校角色等方面取得了积极成果。迄今,该计划已覆盖208个地区,惠及120万名学生,推动了法国社会经济落后地区教育质量的提升。法国“教育城市”计划的实施经验,对于构建多方参与的教育生态系统和促进教育的连续性与个性化支持方面具有重要参考价值。To maintain social stability and address public well-being issues exacerbated by social inequality,the French government has implemented measures in the field of education,attempting to alleviate inequality issues through the balancing of educational resources and the enhancement of educational quality.In 2017,France began the“Educational Cities”initiative targeting some policy-priority urban areas.The initiative,by fostering a strong collaborative network among national services,local governments,social organizations,schools,and parents,has formed a home-school-community“educational alliance.”It has achieved notable success in promoting educational continuity,expanding developmental opportunities for students,and enhancing the role of schools.With its implementation now spanning 208 regions and benefiting 1.2 million students,the initiative has significantly improved educational quality in socioeconomically disadvantaged regions of France.The implementation experience of the French“Educational Cities”initiative serves as an important point of reference for building an educational ecosystem participated by multiple parities and promoting the continuity and individualization of education.
