摘　　要：民族地区学前儿童国家通用语言教育是国家通用语言文字教育的重要组成部分,是实现国家通用语言文字教育“要从娃娃抓起”的关键环节。在我国大力普及国家通用语言文字的背景下,借助从价值意蕴到实践进路再到制度优势来分析这一逻辑路径,本文全面解析:民族地区学前儿童国家通用语言教育的精神价值、格局价值、经济价值和工具价值等价值意蕴;民族地区学前儿童国家通用语言教育的实践前提、实践基础、实践目标、实践导向和实践媒介等实践进路;民族地区学前儿童国家通用语言教育的制度理念、制度管理、制度协调和制度优化等制度优势。由此,可以明确民族地区学前儿童国家通用语言教育的现实意义、实践路向和制度保障,为民族地区学前儿童国家通用语言教育的全面实施奠定理念与实践基础。The national common language education for preschool children in ethnic areas is an important component of the education on the standard spoken and written Chinese language,and is also a key link in achieving the goal of"starting from childhood"in national common language education.Against the backdrop of vigorously promoting the use of the national common language and script in our country,this article comprehensively analyzes the spiritual value,pattern value,economic value,and tool value of national common language education for preschool children in ethnic areas by using a logical analysis path from value implications to practical approaches and then to institutional advantages analysis;the practical prerequisites,foundations,goals,directions,and media of national common language education for preschool children in ethnic regions;and the institutional advantages of national common language education for preschool children in ethnic regions including institutional concepts,management,coordination and optimization.Thus,the practical significance,direction and institutional guarantee of national common language education for preschool children in ethnic regions can be clarified,laying a conceptual and practical foundation for the comprehensive implementation of national common language education for preschool children in ethnic regions.
